Teaming with Learning Styles
Learning Styles is an open-ended framework for organizational learning with implications for management, communication, problem solving, and training. The Learning Type Measure helps people understand and identify differences in the ways people perceive and process information. This helps in all situations where learner differences play a role in communications and human interaction.
Topics Include:
- Raising awareness as to why some things work with some people and other things do not
- Improving team communication and performance by adapting to each person's unique style
- Managing change by using Learning Styles as a tool to explore the wholeness and balance of team and organizational systems
